"Savory homemade dishes, decadent desserts! Same location as former Pa Pikar and same small family, homemade flair. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tacos are outstanding, ..chocolate mousse was rich and luxurious, the desserts so reasonably priced at $3.99 you don't have to pick just one. Can't wait to return and try the empanadas and homemade horchata. Decorated nicely, this quaint sweet spot is perfect for a quiet meal for a date or family."

"Our first visit to Mary's Flavory Cuisine in Medford's Iron Stone Village for breakfast confirmed what we've read about the quality of meals at Mary's. We started with complimentary chips and salsa (homemade, fresh, tasty!) then enjoyed the Divorced Eggs Breakfast ($9.99, two eggs on corn tortillas, smothered in red and green sauce, and accompanied with beans, queso fresco and tortilla chips) and the Potatoes with Chorizo & Eggs Breakfast ($11.99, boiled potatoes mixed with fried chorizo, scrambled eggs, sauteed onions and cilantro, and served with corn tortillas). Everything was fresh, very tasty, and cooked perfectly. A nice touch is that coffee or orange juice was free. Service was very friendly and attentive. The number of offerings on the menu is impressive and it's nice that each item is fully described. We're looking forward to returning soon for lunch and dinner."

"The place is well-hidden, but worth the search. The food is excellent. We had the appetizer sampler, chicken enchiladas mole and chicken chimichanga. Everything was delicious. And the service was wonderful. The young lady was so pleasant and checked back often to see if we needed anything else. Do yourself a favor and have dinner here."

"A friend that shops in Iron Stone Village for fresh fish recommended Mary's Flavory Cuisine to me. The Ecuadorian dish on their menu stood out and I smiled because I was born in Guayaquil, raised there for the first nine years. West New York, New Jersey has many Central and South American restaurants but a 3 hour drive from Medford is not for everyone. Now, I know where to eat meals from my childhood, Mary's Flavory Cuisine in Medford, New Jersey made it possible. Mary's Restaurant serves Bolon de Verde filled with cheese and pork with a fried egg on the side ( Green Plantain Dumplings ) Empanadas ( savory crescent shaped pastry filled with a variety of ingredients ) Tostones ( green plantains ) served with cheese and Ripe Plantains served with cheese. "Tried Mary’s first time on Saturday. Enchiladas and Chorizo Quesadillas were awesome. However, the Homemade Empanadas are where it’s at! I just went back two days later for more. The crust/breading is phenomenal. We got the chicken and beef ones, and you get 5 in an order!"

"As of March 2025, Mary's Flavory Cuisine is about five months old. It is Mexican/Latin style, and they have a great variety of dishes. I wish only the best for the owners and for the restaurant to stay in business. After trying their food, it has become one of my favorite restaurants so far. The food is delicious! Very fresh, it comes right from the oven, you can smell it, and it's so hot that you can't even eat it right away. You can just sit, smell, and anticipate how you are going to eat it. And when you start eating, you can't even talk - you just enjoy the meal, it's that good. The service is great, very friendly and not annoying - it's just perfect. The price is very reasonable. I tried fajita and I loved it. My wife tried tilapia, and it was amazing. For vegetarians the restaurant has a lot of vegetarian options, including vegetarian delicious soup. I strongly recommend to try it everybody."

"My friend and I were in town for an event and decided we wanted to have Mexican food for dinner. Search showed us Mary's Flavory Cuisine! We went there and we were 100% satisfied! The food was delicious the service was great! We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful evening atmosphere. We had a little trouble finding the place because it's set back in the corner just a bit. There is another Mexican food place in the same center right next door and at first we could not see Mary's and we were worried but then we saw Mary's sign! We will definitely come back here again next time we are in town if you are considering Mary's Flavory Cuisine I totally recommend it!!"
